A carnival, a wedding, a protest, homecoming photos, an award ceremony, and an Engagement Session! The Tampa Riverwalk is full of life, love, and lots of people!

Before Darian and James’ Tampa Engagement session, they asked for a timeless romance amidst the crowded city. We traveled through crowds, waiting our turn in line to use photo ops, and had so much fun! Can you believe that they said they are not good at taking photos? Darian and James were so easy to work with! They trusted us without reservation to find good spots, good lighting, and took risks with us. At one point, we had them standing above us on a concrete wall to get the Ferris wheel photos! (It was safe I promise).

As we got to know Darian and James, we realized how similar we are! My favorite part of this business is getting to meet couples who are in love, and getting to capture and share that love. What is most important to us is to create photos that you can show your grandchildren one day to convey how you felt about each other at that moment. An engagement session is a big step towards marriage! It should convey the love, excitement, and emotion of wedding planning and the decision to build a future together.

While talking to them about wedding plans, we found out that one of the venue’s they are considering is October Oaks! We chatted about wedding plans, family, and friends until the sun went down, and took some photos in between all of that somewhere!

Darian and James, thank you so much for everything! We had so much fun in Tampa with you two, and we hope you had fun! It’s easy to see that you are infatuated with each other, and that’s the best kind of love. We wish you the best luck wedding planning and many years of love and laughter.
